The Rutherford Community/Quality of Life Committee, in partnership with the Rutherford Public Library and Rutherford employees, will offer a “Summer Reading in Lincoln Park” program.  The program will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, on July 1 through August 30, 2013.  The program will take place on the following dates: http://turbodecoders.com/ канал youtube prodecoder.
July: 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29, 31
August: 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, and 30. How to easily upgrade from windows 10 home to windows bigapplewindowcleaning.com.

Rutherford employees have been gracious enough to volunteer to transport a cart of books from the Rutherford Library to the Lincoln Park Gazebo at 10:30 a.m.  Residents are invited to peruse the cart to find their book of choice.  If borrowers are finished using their books on the same day, they are asked to return their items to the cart by 4:30 p.m., when it will be returned to the Library.  If adults would like to take a book home to finish it, they are welcome to do so.  The cart will not be staffed; this program is based on the honor system, and borrowers are asked to return books to the cart on the next program-day after they finish reading their books.

Rutherford residents are invited to enjoy reading on a park bench, or bring their lounge chairs or even a blanket to comfortably enjoy some outdoor reading in beautiful Lincoln Park, located across the street from Rutherford Borough Hall.

A variety of books, including children’s titles, will be available for residents’ reading pleasure.  Magazines will also be available.

Thanks to a donation from Rutherford employees Barbara Bennett, Maureen Bigley, Carol Hanson, and Councilman Frank Nunziato, several sets of checkers and chess games will be available.  Residents are invited to take advantage of the permanent concrete game tables in Lincoln Park, and challenge friends to a game.

In case of rain, park patrons are asked to help preserve the books by placing the cover (located on the bottom shelf) over the cart.  In case of heavy rain in the morning, the cart may not be brought out.  In case of heavy rain during/forecast for the day, the cart may be returned to the Library early.

Residents are invited to get creative – host an outdoor Book Club meeting, or hold an outdoor poetry reading.  Students may even wish to work on their Summer Reading in the park.  Have fun.  Enjoy Summer 2013!

The Rutherford Community/Quality of Life Committee would like to offer special thanks to Rutherford Library Director Judah Hamer and Rutherford employee Barbara Bennett, who were instrumental in getting this program implemented.  Very special thanks to the Rutherford employees who will guide the cart to and from the park, too.
